We offer free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses on all orders over £49.00, with an expected delivery of 3-5 business days.
For orders less than £49.00, there is a postage charge of £3.00 for our Greeting Cards and £5.00 for all other items. Our standard delivery time is 3 – 5 business days.

Return & Cancellation Policy.
Thank you for shopping with us at Adagio London. We value your custom. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or wish to cancel your order, we are here to help.
All our products are protected by a 14 day full satisfaction policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused condition and original packaging.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery at your own cost for:
- a full refund of the purchase price, minus the delivery, gift packing, and/or other charges
- a product exchange
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork for full credit. We cannot accept the return of any item with any indication that it has been used, marked or without a receipt. Refunds made will be back to the original credit / debit card used to make the original payment. We are sorry there will be no exceptions to this.
No refund or exchange will be given after the 14 day full satisfaction guarantee policy period.
Returning an item that is damaged or faulty.
If an item is delivered to you damaged or you discover it is faulty please get in touch with us via one of the methods listed on our Contact Us page, we will be happy to help
In order to help us, help you, please document any damage or faults as best you can, ideally with photographs or recording that show the damage and include them in your communication to us.
All our items are carefully checked before going out. If you have been asked to return a damaged or faulty item for inspection by our team, you may have to do so at your own expense (we recommend that you retain proof of posting). If the product is found to be damaged, reasonable posting costs will be refunded together with the product cost.
